Looking for ways to engage in the community? The following events, classes, and opportunities exist for older neighbors in Houston County.
SAIL Exercise Class
SAIL is an evidence-based program designed to prevent falls and includes exercise classes, educational materials and self-assessments. The classes are designed specifically for older adults and focus on strength, balance, flexibility and aerobics.

SPARK- Programming for People with Memory Loss
SPARK! at Minnesota Marine Art Museum (MMAM) is a unique program designed specifically for people with memory loss and their care partners. SPARK! programs offer participants an opportunity to enhance their quality of life through social engagement, mental stimulation, and communication around pieces of art.

La Crescent Library Senior Social Hour
Senior Social Hour before the library opens every Tuesday from 8am - 9:30am. Meet other seniors and chat, read the newspaper, and relax.

SEMCAC Senior Dining
Senior dining takes place at locations throughout Houston County (La Crescent, Caledonia, Spring Grove, Eitzen). Individuals gather to share a meal and time together.
