VOLUNTEER SERVICES
Our reliable and compassionate volunteers provide the following services:
TRANSPORTATION
Volunteers provide rides to medical appointments for seniors in the
La Crescent Area. Seniors are picked up at home with round trip service.
Rides must be requested at least 2 business days in advance. The senior must be able to get in and out of the vehicle unassisted. We are happy to transport a walker or wheelchair
during the ride.
LAWN MOWING
We match seniors with a volunteer to mow during the summer months if it is unsafe for them to do so on their own.
COMPANIONSHIP
Sometimes you need a friendly person
to visit with. Our volunteers love to brighten someone's day by spending time talking, playing cards, taking a walk, or anything that brings joy!
SNOW REMOVAL
We match seniors with a volunteer to clear driveways and sidewalks if it is unsafe for them to do so on their own.
